The next version of Ethereal is due to be released soon, but if
you want, you can try an experimental version of the new installation
package for Ethereal.

Be sure to un-install WinPcap 2.0 if you have it installed, and to install
WinPcap 2.1.

The setup.exe contains the requisitie GTK+ libraries.
