Yes, that's what it's doing; the Microsoft Proxy detector wasn't doing
enough checks to make sure it wasn't running past the end of a packet.

I checked in changes to add those checks (and to make some temporary
string buffers large enough to hold the terminating '\0').  The next
release of Ethereal should be able to print your file without crashing.
