Hello,

I have a bit of a feature request for this nice tool.  I would like to be
able to read a packet as whatever protocol I specify.  You see, I have an
LDAP server running on port 10389, and Ethereal will only decode LDAP
packets on port 389.  When I capture LDAP on 10389, they are simply listed
as TCP.

The feature I would like is to be able to select some packets, and tell
Ethereal to dissect them as an arbitrary protocol of my choosing.
