Well 08/15 (spelled a 0 8 15) is an word for regular repeating task or for
things which are quite normal everyone has it, everyone knows it or somethink 
like this. The origin of this vocabular is most likely the first world war where
the german forces has a maschine gun called Maxim 08/15 which was used by 
nearly all units. the usage and cleaning was drilled regulary  with all 
soldiers and the gun had about 383 parts therefore there was a lot training 
needed before it was 08/15 (*gg*) to strip and unstrip the weapon.

At the 50ers there was also a book trilogy called 08/15 from an Author called 
Hans Helmut Kirst.
