It probably should, but the Ethereal maintainers are not
responsible for packaging that AIX fileset.  That is done
be Cieran Deignan.

If you go to http://www.bull.de/pub/ you can see his e-mail, so you
can contact him and inform him of this problem.

Note, if you built Ethereal from source instead of downloading
the AIX fileset, the autoconf/configure/Makefile scheme will
correctly detect the presence or absence of any of the required libraries.
