As per Gilbert's mail to the other person surprised at the empty plugin
list, That's Not A Bug, That's A Feature.

The Gryphon and MGCP dissectors are "new-style" plugins; they don't show
up in the plugin list, as they look just like non-plugin dissectors -
they can be enabled and disabled from the "Edit->Protocols" dialog box,
just as non-plugin dissectors can.  The ports used for MGCP can be
configured from the "Edit->Preferences" dialog box, in the tab labelled
MGCP, just as some other protocols' ports can be configured.

We got Rudely Surprised by some not-exactly-well-documented features of
automake; the next release should have this fixed.
