Hi,

I am not too experienced as a Windows programmer,
but is there a way at run-time to check if
the packet.dll is available on the system, and if
it isn't, pop up a dialog saying, "You need Winpcap
from [blah blah] in order to run Ethereal".

This seems to be a recurring question on the list.
