Editcap works in linux but not on NT4.0 or Windows 2000.  I get a generic
"Application Error" (The instruction at "0x0040d1d7" referenced memory at
0x0c.  the memory could not be read).  My ethereal and tethereal do normal
capture and display without any serious errors.  Editcap will complete if I
run it with no options (to print the help msg), but crashes when I do:

editcap c:\scripts\FRANKIAL.ENC .\test3.cap
or
editcap -F ngwsniffer_1_1 c:\scripts\FRANKIAL.ENC .\test.cap

(I'm using the binary distributions, not my own builds)
