Probably "doesn't do as much as NetXRay does", which is true; I seem to
remember seeing pages on the Cinco Networks Web site with either a graph
of nodes with lines between sites that exchanged packets, or a pie chart
or bar graph showing, for different protocols, the fraction of traffic
using those protocols, or something such as that, and NetXRay - or its
descendant, Sniffer Basic - decodes more protocols than Ethereal
currently does (although we may well decode some it doesn't).

for example (which shows a bar graph of the sort mentioned above, and
says that Sniffer Basic includes "Traffic Map and traffic matrix [which]
show who is talking to whom", one of which might be the graph I was
thinking of).
