Microsoft Network Monitor lets you select whether to open up all
"openable" lines (the lines with the "+" or "-" in a box) when printing,
or to print stuff the way it'd display (opened or closed).

That wouldn't eliminate the protocols whose dissection is "closed", but
it'd limit them to one line.
