A 6-byte RIF is decoded OK, An 8-byte RIF is not, 
there appears to be an out-by-one error in the decode logic

e.g. 
Hex  c1 62 c2 51 fa 10
is displayed in the Tree window as
Ring-Bridge Pairs: C16-2-C25-2-51F
it should of course be
Ring-Bridge Pairs: C16-2-C25-1-FA1
