Clear the display filter on the status line at the bottom of the window,
and hit <Return> or <Enter> in that field; an empty filter expression
means "don't filter anything out".

To "back up" in general, you have to enter the previous filter in that
field and hit <Return> or <Enter>; "Follow TCP Stream" and "Match
Selected" work by constructing and applying a new display filter, and we
don't maintain a stack of display filters.
