When you installed pcap, did you run 'make install-incl'? Running 'make
install' installs the library, but not the header files.

It looks like someone was kind enough to register the Ethereal user and
development lists on eGroups/Findmail. This list is archived at
http://www.egroups.com/list/ethereal-users/
Links to eGroups should appear on the Ethereal web server soon.
