Hi,

The doc directory contains a presentation by Richard Sharp about Ethereal:
ethereal-tut.mgp. There are a few problems with it:
* Written almost 6 years ago, some of the information is outdated.
* The referenced images are missing, so the presentation won't run.

The question is: do we remove it or rework it to a fully functional
up to date presentation?
