Hi list,

this must be asked often in the past, but I have problems building a static version of 0.10.11. When configuring with the static option (./configure --enable-static) the build succeeds, but I am unable to start the app (./ethereal: No such file or directory) even after installing...

When trying to build without plugin support, the build fails (i think in the linking phase) due to an undefined reference to 'register_all_plugins_tap_listeners'.

I would greatly appreciate some tips on this. Do the libs I am linking with have to be static, too? Whats wrong here?
