It looks as if NBAP is transported over (among other things) ATM AAL5 - this screenshot from Radcom's network analyzer suggests that:

We currently have no provision for dissecting NBAP atop AAL5. Is there a standard VPI/VCI for NBAP? Or should we provide a mechanism for associating particular VPI/VCI pairs with particular protocols? Or should we have a heuristic dissector table for AAL5?
