Would it be possible to have the Display Filter Text Edit field automatically resize and use the whole width of the main window?
I've looked in main.c (lines 3502-3605 for the curious) but don't know what to tweak on the 'filter_te' object in order to have it make use of all of the available horizontal space in the toolbar. 

Hints? GTK wizards?
