It's now failing with

dyld: Library not loaded: /sw/lib/libintl.1.dylib
  Referenced from: /{internal pathname
censored}/gharris/Desktop/Ethereal.app/Contents/Resources/lib/libatk-1.0.0.dylib
  Reason: image not found

For some reason, it's not looking for the libintl.3.dylib in the bundle.
