There is a step for user choose which text file type when install cygwin,
1. Unix/binary (RECOMMENDED)
2. Dos/text
what choice shall I do for build the ethereal?
 
I selected the Unix format. It can build successful, but my product(ethereal-gtk2.exe) only 1.65M, and will occure Exception when execute it.
I guess it maybe related with cygwin text file format.
 
who can give me some information about it ?
