Well, the reading will be properly tested by the buildbot already :-)

Of course, we might need some configuration settings, like the interface to capture from.

There are some other environmental things required, e.g. obviously, you must make sure that some network traffic is actually happening, so you get data to capture from ;-)

Nevertheless, that's the usual test stuff, e.g. using a test property file or alike...
