Hi,
I think the asn1 files shoud be stored in Ethereal/asn1 not in the
plugins directory. Probably the whole thing should be in the
dissectors tree rather than in a plugin.

the format is mostly ok, but please, don't use mixed caps names as in
plugins/funcprot/packet-Generic-Functional-Protocol.c, just use small
letter names.
