Well, I'm also a little incompetent ;-)

I just noticed this is just for the H.450 and H.235 support, which is 
not supported by Ethereal so far I think. I suppose they might have 
added some more code to these files, but then you'd have to run a diff 
with the plugin source to (dis)prove that assumption.
