Done, along with a bunch of other revisions listed at
http://www.ethereal.com/lists/ethereal-cvs/200510/msg00131.html .

Are there any other revisions that need to be copied over?  Ronnie, you
removed a lot of strcpy()s since the 0.10.13 brach was created, e.g.
16158 - 16164.  Should these be in the release?
