Since the change was made this morning to tools/pidl I've been unable to
get a complete update via svn. I'm getting no response to my SYN packets
and I don't know why as I can get to the same address with http just
fine. Our site *may* be blocking reverse-DNS and is absolutely blocking
ICMP, if that matters.
