Hi,

I just checked in the code to allow for dtd import.

It took me much longer than I expected, but finally we have an xml
dissector able to extract useful information from the xml text.

by now SOAP and other XML based protocols are much closer.

many xml protocols have DTDs already there, we need to fish for them
and get them in.

SOAP and other protocols are described with XSDs and there's no
trivial way to convert
xsd metadata into DTD metadata so we need some volunteers to create a
DTDs for SOAP.

Tomorrow or so I'll be writing a description of the few things an
"ethereal DTD" needs to do in the meanwhile I've checked in few dtds
in the dtds directory under the source root you can take a look at
them.
