Title: patches to enhance ccsds dissector, and add new ehs and vcdu dissectors

Dear Sirs:

I am new to this submitting of patches, so please forgive any protocol errors i am likely to make.

NOTE: all patches have been tested in both a Linux and Windows 2k environment.

I would like to submit the following patches for your approval:

epan/dissectors/Makefile.in.patch
epan/dissectors/patch-ccsds.c.patch
epan/dissectors/patch-ehs.c.patch
epan/dissectors/patch-vcdu.c.patch

The first two entries patch existing ethereal files, the last two are brand new files for two new dissectors.

The ccsds patch enhances the current ccsds dissector capabilities considerably, including dissection of the secondary ccsds header if it exists.

The ehs dissector provides dissection of the Enhanced HOSC System (EHS) packet protocol.  The vcdu dissector provides dissection of the Virtual Channel Data Unit (with TSI smex header) protocol.  These are, as you might have guessed, specific to NASA, but would be useful at multiple NASA centers if we can get them approved for the standard ethereal release.
