  Hi everybody, 

  I have been trying to cross compile ethereal for
mips on a x86 machine for three days. I used configure
command like this..

  ./configure --prefix=/home/erdem/ethereal/
--disable-ethereal --without-ucd-snmp --without-ssl
--host=i686-linux --target=mips-linux --enable-shared
--enable-usr-local --enable-tethereal

 what am I doing wrong? Please help.. I am getting
mad.. :(
