Starts fine here built with the HP C compiler and against gtk+-2.6.8
and libpcap-0.8.3.

However, when I try to capture on lan0, I get:
  The capture session could not be initiated (recv_ack: promisc_phys:
  UNIX error - Device busy). Please check to make sure you have
  sufficient permissions, and that you have the proper interface or pipe
  specified.

I get the same error on HP-UX 10.20, 11.00.
