How about doing a diff between the old unchanged file and the new one and then adding the changes manually,
or are there big differences?

Ronnie,

I have now a working Camel dissector with an old ASN1 description which
already has all those parameters replaced (level: 3GPP TS 29.078 version
3.5.0). In the future, I will try to see how I can use the latest ASN1
description mainly by including declaration files. This will allow to
cope quickly with the latest versions of the 3GPP specs.

I'm just formatting the source a little bit and I will send the patch
later today. There are probably many problems left, but let's consider
this as a first pass, and as a base for other contributors.
