Hello,

The attached patch against 0.10.9 restores the ability to save raw stream
data in "Follow TCP stream" by adding a "Raw" radio button.  The data still
displays as ASCII, but saves to disk as unmodified raw data when "Save As"
is selected.  This capability has been broken since 0.10.5 and is extremely
useful in recovering binary attack data from a TCP stream for example.
