Hi,

there is code in the SVN to analyze SCTP associations which I will
'activate' in the next days since it is now ported to windows and
windows.

The correlation ID in the SIGTRAN UA is used for broadcast mode
and does not do what you want to do. But in all the cases I know
you use one SCTP association for one UA.
