Okay I did some investigation and the dissector doesn't appear to be
up to date. The attached patch adds support for the RREQ Destination
only flag (D), as stated in the draft 13 dating july 2003. I have
tested it only on my box, but it's an almost trivial patch so I don't
expect any difficulties.
