The makefiles contain the list of which "parts of ethereal are
included in the lib/dll".
Look at epan/Makefile.nmake and epan/Makefile.common in the Ethereal
distribution. Note that makefile.nmake descends into three
subdirectories during the build: ftypes, dfilter, and dissectors.
