Title: About plugins of Ethereal

Hi all:

I just wonder how to use a protocol in plugins. For example, there is a protocol mgcp in plugins directory. But when I open the menu: Edit-->Preference, I don't see mgcp at all. Anyone would tell me how activate a protocol in plugins?
