I'm assuming this is better behavior? It's certainly preferred by me. There is, at best, an equal number of clicks to refocus the SRT filter window as there is to generate a new window (one) and at worst several more, so I'm not sure that having it stick around is advantageous for users that want to launch a barrage of SRT lists for a single protocol. It's definitely annoying to users that only want to generate one SRT list at a time.
I have doubts, that the current model of having two dialogs is a good idea at all.
It might be better to have one dialog, which includes the filter and additional widgets (maybe hideable by a details button or such).
