The MGCP plugin currently marks a message as a duplicate response
even if the first message has status code 100 ("The transaction is
currently being executed.  An actual completion message will follow
on later."). This completion message arguably should *not* be flagged
as a duplicate response.

Agreed? Any takers for fixing this?
