Docbook on SGML isn't much different to Docbook on XML.

I have a partial update to the manual (including a reasonably large 
refactoring) and a lot of new screenshots. Unfortunately I got distracted and 
haven't finished it, and it certainly doesn't reflect all Ulf's cool new UI 
stuff.

I have a makefile based build, and I'd be happy to send it to anyone that 
wants to work on it, and provide assistance to get it building. Its a 4.5Meg 
tarball though...
