Attached is a new dissector to decode Novell Modular Authentication
Services packets. This is an extension of the NCP dissector and is
defined as NCP types 94,xx.

Also attached is the diff for: 

packet-ncp2222.inc - interface to call NMAS dissector
Makefile.common  - to compile new NMAS component
ncp2222.py - Fix a number of return values and decodes.

I have built against current 0.10.2 CVS on SuSe 9 and Windows 2000 and
have cleaned up any warnings.
