This message is displayed for any unknown extension type. It is somewhat misleading because as long as the packet is wellformed additional extensions 
will be correctly ignored. Would anyone object if I remove the message?
I wouldn't object. Don't bother changing the text, just get rid of the message; Ethereal shouldn't be sending warnings to a terminal window just because there's something in a packet that it doesn't understand.
