Are you still having that problem?  Some piece of CVS segfaulted when I
was doing a checkin yesterday; I cleaned up some of the locks left
around from that, but perhaps I missed one - the "doc" directory doesn't
seem to have any of the files I cleaned up, however, so perhaps somebody
else (Gerald?) cleaned that one up.
The problem seems to be solved, I can update to the latest CVS without any problems again.
