Im not interested in H.xxx protocols enough to have an opinion in the
matter.

However, an observation is that:
For all the other protocols where service response times are calculated,
SMB, ONC-RPC, DCE-RPC, LDAP, FC and iSCSI,  this feature is unconditionally
enabled, always.
The Call/Response tracking consumes very little memory and CPU so it
shouldnt be a problem.
