Hi List!

IMHO, the print options dialog isn't very comfortable, as it's not 
obvious what will happen, when a specific option is used.
I have tried to improve this, by redesigning the whole dialog.

I have recently checked in a redesigned print dialog "gtk/print_dlg.c", 
as outlined by a screenshot I send to the list a while ago.

Beside the redesign, I have added some counters, displaying the number 
of packets which will be printed.

In the sourcecode are some new options already prepared, which are 
currently not shown/implemented:

Additional print range radiobuttons:
"All packets captured"
"Selected packet only"
"Packets from x to y"

Additional details radiobutton:
"All dissections collapsed"

Have a look at the sourcecode, to get some details about this. I'm 
planning to implemented these options in the near future.

A print preview would be very nice to have, but also a lot of work to 
do, I'm not planning to implement this.

Just have a look at the new print dialog, and send me comments if it 
will not compile or work on your machine, or if there are things to improve,
