README.plugin
	- I was told plugins do not work for all OSs so I changed the 10
	  or so I have to static.

README.developer
	- I didn't see any mention of using the following (I don't know what it's
called):

	sprintf(add_string, " - (%1$d) (0x%1$04x)", value);

	This doesn't display properly under Windows.
