Guy,
The hang occurred when  "Enable concurrent DNS name resolution" was off.
However turning off "Enable transport name resolution" causes the hang to go away.

So it seems to be something in combination with the following:
Loading the affected file at startup with:
"Enable MAC name resolution"           - On
"Enable network name resolution"     - Off
"Enable transport name resolution"   - On
"Enable concurrent DNS name resolution" - Off
Max concurrent requests: 500

 Regards,
 Dale

Probably a name resolution hang.

What happens if you turn off "Enable concurrent DNS name resolution"?
