me too.
AFAIK, Frame is only used by some of the level 2 technologies. Packet is 
well-defined.
Packets are what gets switched in a packet-switching network.
(Of course, frames are what gets relayed in a frame-relay network, but I think 
we can ignore that, since it's then used incorrectly by the Ethernet spec.)
