Well, part of that FAQ includes:

	If an interface doesn't show up in the list of interfaces in the
	"Interface:" field, and you know the name of the interface, try
	entering that name in the "Interface:" field and capturing on
	that device.

If you *don't* know the name of the interface, I'd suggest asking the
WinPcap developers how to get the name of the interface:

	http://winpcap.polito.it/contact.htm

and then, when you get the name, try it.
