I have the stuff he and Brian Ginsbach of Cray did; I'd like to check
that in and have you merge your stuff with it later, unless your stuff
will be ready soon.

The Network_Header is, at least as I read the FC physical layer spec,
used in frames other than IP-over-FC frames, so the Network_Header
dissector wouldn't be part of the IP-over-FC dissector; what are the
source files you have for your FC stuff?  I'd like to check in Don's and
Brian's stuff with a file name that matches yours, so we don't have to
delete the old file as part of merging.
