Actually, the NDPS updates didn't remove the SPX decoding; my previous
checkin did that.  It looks as if you've added a lot of NDPS dissecting
in that patch, which you didn't mention (except by implication with
"Updated NDPS dissector").

Checked in, with some fixes.
