Hi List!

Please find attached a patch, which will add the count of ARP packets,
to the statistics done while capture is in progress.

Currently all ARP packets are counted as "other" packets in the "running capture" window.

The patch is straightforward and just adds the count of the packets in the appropriate place.

I have added this only for ethertype packets (I don't know much about ATM, IPV6, ...),
so the increasing of the counter could be useful for other kinds of packets also.
