Hi list,

please review and checkin.
attached is a patch that implements io statistics for the tap system for tethereal. 

usage -z io,stats,<seconds>[,filter][,filter]...
Will scan the capture and collect statistics for number of received frames/bytes for each of the filter divided into <seconds> intervals.
Please try it. It would be cool if someone would implement this for gtk/gtk2 with graphics updating in realtime.
